SHIPPING

Your custom order will be fulfilled and shipped from one of our locations, depending on product requirements. Orders for existing Bag-all products are hand-fulfilled with love and care by our USA Fulfillment center team and shipped both domestically and internationally. For custom orders requiring overseas production, our manufacturers in China produce and ship your order directly to you. In both cases, you can choose to arrange your own shipping or let us assist with arrangements.

For custom orders handled in our US location with 200pcs or less, you can expect the following timeline:

  • Production and packing: 2-3 weeks after sample approval
  • Once packed, we'll send a follow-up email with tracking information.
  • The package will then be handed over to the carrier you chose at checkout.

For custom orders that require production overseas with our manufacturers in China, production time will vary depending on order volume and specifications. We'll provide an estimated production timeframe once the sample is approved, based on the quantity and product specifications.

Shipping Options

In both cases, you'll have the flexibility to choose your preferred carrier and shipping speed. Note that while shipping times may vary, the processing time for your order will remain the same regardless of the
shipping option you choose.

You can track the status of your order using the tracking number we'll provide once you've selected your preferred shipping carrier. We'll be happy to assist you with shipping options to ensure timely delivery. At Bag-all, we take great care in packing your order, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Please note that once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for orders that get lost, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.

We accommodate specific packaging requests whenever possible, so feel free to let us know how you'd like your order packed, we'll ensure your order arrives sustainably and meets your preferences.

RETURNS

Please note that all custom orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. At Bag-all, we take great care to ensure your order is made exactly as per the sample or picture mockup. To ensure your satisfaction, every order undergoes quality control checks before it's packed and shipped, guaranteeing that your order is delivered with care and meets our high standards. If for some reason you receive a defective item, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you with a replacement.

FAQ

For custom orders, payment in full is required before production begins, as these orders are final sale and non-refundable. We offer various payment methods to suit your needs:

For large volume orders and custom branding projects, we're happy to discuss customized payment terms tailored to your needs. Contact us to explore flexible payment solutions that work for you.

Bag-all products are made of 100% cotton, we recommend hand washing or machine washing on a gentle cycle, they will become wrinkled if washed in a machine. Keep in mind that our eco-friendly prints may fade slightly with each wash. For cases and totes, spot cleaning is best – baby wipes work great for removing stains. After washing, air dry your bags flat and iron on low heat on the opposite side of the print to preserve the material.For nylon bags made from 100% recycled materials, you can machine wash them, but be sure to air dry – tumble drying can cause shrinkage.

For totally fresh custom products with unique specifications, care instructions vary depending on material; we'll provide specific guidance before order placement. We can also assist in selecting materials that meet your specific needs, such as heat resistance
or wash care temperature requirements. Contact us to discuss your custom order details, and we'll work with you to choose a material that meets your expectations and provide personalized care instructions.

To place a custom order for Bag-all existing products, simply place your order directly on our website. You'll be able to see a preview of your logo or text, and you can add notes in the designated section. We'll be in contact with you to confirm your order once it's placed to ensure the details are correct.

To place a custom order with high order volume that you're not able to checkout directly, simply fill out the design form with your specifications and submit it to us. We'll review your design and contact you to confirm the details.

At Bag-all, your imagination is the limit! We'll work closely with you to bring your design to life. If you're unsure of what you want, don't worry – we'll guide you step by step to create something that meets your expectations. If you already have a logo, you can provide it in JPG format, and we'll help you add it to any of our products. We're here to help and create together what's on your mind.

To request a sample, you can place an order and request one, or contact us directly via email at custom@bag-all.com. We can ship the sample to you or create a sample and get approval via photo. We'll discuss the details, including any associated costs and production time. As a bonus, we'll reimburse the price of the sample once your order is placed.

When placing an order for our bag-all products, you can have your logo embroidered. For larger orders (200+), we'll process your order in our China-based manufacturing facility, where you'll have the option to choose between print or embroidery.
